ANTIDOTE is a purpose-led strategy studio.
We support changemakers — individuals, teams, and networks — with tools, guidance, and learning spaces across nine interconnected focus areas. From branding and communications to business development and impact, we help purpose-driven work grow with clarity and care.
Founder Luca Jakab (she/her/hers) started ANTIDOTE after years of working across the arts, tech, and social impact spaces — from building a VC-backed startup to supporting NGOs, tech funders, and social venture founders as a solo advisor.
Over time, she saw a recurring pattern: those doing the most important work often had the least access to strategic support.
ANTIDOTE was created to challenge that.
We’re building something different: a networked studio rooted in ethical strategy, accessible resources, and thoughtful collaboration.
Instead of offering generic, high-ticket services, we design tools and programmes that meet changemakers where they are—centring justice, sustainability, and inclusion at every stage of the process.

The ANTIDOTE Collective is a growing network of independent experts offering strategic support to changemakers around the world. We’re writers, facilitators, researchers, strategists, designers, and subject-matter experts working across branding, fundraising, impact, tech, and more.
We work flexibly and remotely, embedding equity and care into every collaboration. Some of us offer 1:1 support. Others design workshops, contribute to playbooks, or join strategic sprints. Everyone in the Collective is values-aligned, impact-literate, and brings both depth and humility to the work.

We’re looking for people who are:

Deeply impact-driven and committed to equity, access, and inclusion

Experienced in at least one of our focus areas (branding, marketing, fundraising, business development, impact, investment, design, tech, AI)

Comfortable working remotely with international teams and changemakers

Equipped with a portfolio, case studies, or demonstrable experience

Available for occasional consulting, workshops, sprints, or advisory work

ANTIDOTE doesn’t hire for full-time roles. We’re a project-based network, and all collaborators work independently as contractors. To join, you’ll need to have the appropriate legal setup to invoice for your work and engage on flexible, per-project timelines.
