About the Collective
We’re building a collaborative network of independent experts who believe strategy, creativity and growth should be rooted in justice, accessibility and sustainability. The ANTIDOTE Collective connects values-aligned professionals with organisations creating positive social or environmental impact.
Our members include strategists, marketers, fundraisers, facilitators, researchers, designers, technologists, coaches and subject-matter experts working across branding, growth, partnerships, impact, innovation and more. Some collaborators support one-off projects. Others lead workshops, join strategic sprints, advise founders, or contribute specialist expertise as needed. We work flexibly, remotely, and globally. Everyone in the Collective is selected not only for their expertise, but for how they work: thoughtful, collaborative, ethical and impact-aware.

ANTIDOTE does not hire for full-time employment through the Collective. This is a curated network of independent professionals we may match with client opportunities, collaborations, or ANTIDOTE-led projects. All members work on a self-employed / contractor basis and must have the appropriate legal setup in their country of residence. We welcome applications globally.
